Summer Sport

Pupils took part in a multi skills sports day, and area rounder tournament and athletics. All hosted by the Corbet School.

29th June - will be our annual Sports day and family school picnic lunch.

During June -we welcomed the new children who will start in our reception class in the autumn, as well as 2 students from Corbet for two weeks work experience, the School Nurse and Community Support Officer, Neil Darley.

As usual our village Fete will take place in school grounds, and school will be open on Saturday with tours of the school on offer, why not take this opportunity to have a look around?

Sorry I can’t promise bell ringing or even a tortoise with a name......but everyone is Welcome.

Text Box: HARMER HILL ARTS & CRAFTS

We are enjoying a successful term, and we are very pleased to have three new members joining the group.   One of these members, Christine, has recently shown us how to make a most attractive 'Mrs. Tiggywinkle',  and there are some lovely examples which I am sure we will want to keep for ever!   Christine kindly supplied the teazels which we used for the heads.

There have been requests for soft toy making, glass painting, and cards using iris folding.   We hope to start on these subjects shortly.

Our term will end on Tuesday, 21st July, with the Autumn Term starting on Tuesday, 8th September.
